Thomas F. Martin

Mr. Martin was raised in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Batchelor's degree in Arts as well as a degree in Engineering . He worked his way through the University of Pittsburgh school of law, where he received his Juris Doctor. He defended airplane and engine manufacturers, hospitals, doctors and insurance companies for his first ten years of practice, and then turned his skills to the representation of injured people in many types of claims including automobile, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian claims, workplace claims, airplane claims, malpractice claims, disability insurance claims, cruise claims, boating and fishing accident claims, sports injury claims, etc. He served for five years on the University of M iami Institutional Review Board, which safeguards the interests of people who participate in medical experiments. He served as president of the Miami Beach Rod and Reel Club. He coached youth athletics and raised three children. The first two received degrees from Tulane and Columbia (plus graduate degrees from Tulane and Berkeley). The third is an undergraduate student at the University of Central Florida. Mr. Martin keeps current on scientific matters through multiple subscriptions. Mr. Martin is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the American Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association.

Sharon L. Azoulay

Sharon L. Azoulay was born in Miami, Florida and was educated in Florida schools.  She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education in and taught in Miami’s inner city before moving to Israel for eight years.  She returned to Miami in 1980 and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1989.  She has been handling personal injury claims in South Florida for the past eighteen years.

Ms. Azoulay is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Justice Association.  She is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator.  She is also a board member of the South Miami-Kendall Bar Association, is Vice President of her local chapter of BNI-Miami, a business-networking group, where she was awarded the "Most Valuable Member Award" for her contributions to the chapter.  She is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Ms. Azoulay believes in giving back to the community and is involved as a volunteer for various community and charity groups.  She helps organize the annual fundraising walk for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America every year.  She participates in pro bono activities as a member of her local bar association, such as Law Day in the local high schools, educating students about the legal profession.

Ms. Azoulay is dedicated to helping each one of her clients and takes time to explain the claims process to them.  She speaks English, Spanish and Hebrew and enjoys the diversity of her practice.
